International education is Australia’s fourth largest export industry and over half of all international university students in Australia graduate from our member business schools. The role of the international network is to support business schools and faculties to maintain their position as a key component of the Australian economy and to assist them in achieveing their international profiling and experience objectives.
The network comprises associate deans, directors and managers with an international focus from ABDC member schools and faculties. The network shares intelligence and provides advice on the best ways for member schools to maintain viable recruitment processes for international students. In addition to recruitment the network provides advice to the ABDC on international matters, and supports member schools to improve processes around other international activities such as:
